Automotive industry customers delve into the performance of high-strength bolt testing equipment

      Yesterday afternoon, we welcomed our old customers, Mr. Wang, Mr. Zhang, and Mr. Hou from FAW. Everyone is in the assembly workshop of our leading testing machine company, bringing more than ten sets of new fasteners to the site to use our company's high-strength bolt tester to test the performance of this batch of fasteners, including their torque coefficient, torque, axial force, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation.

      Our production workshop worker Zhou and everyone gave a detailed and thoughtful demonstration of the experiment and explanation of the experimental process. Two engineers from FAW Company fully affirmed the ease of operation and stability of the high-strength bolt tester. They also provided good suggestions for the subsequent addition of functions to this equipment. They suggested that the friction coefficient, final tightening torque, and initial tightening torque of the fasteners should also be considered, and if possible, this function should be further expanded.
