FGW-160LL multifunctional bending testing machine officially put into operation

      The FGW-160LL multifunctional bending testing machine is a new type of machine developed and produced by Jinan Liling Testing Machine Co., Ltd. in strict accordance with the new standard GB1499.1-2017 GB1499.2-2018. The machine is used for bending tests of metal materials - bars, plates, polygonal cross-sectional materials, and threaded steel for construction. It is a multifunctional bending testing machine that integrates steel bar bending testing machine and steel pipe bending testing machine. This machine adopts hydraulic bidirectional loading, which can easily bend steel bar specimens with a diameter of 40mm or less to 180 °. This machine adjusts the distance between the support rollers by driving a bidirectional screw with a handwheel. The support rollers are self-locking and do not require a wrench to lock them. The plug-in bending pressure head is quick and convenient to replace.

      This machine is equipped with a test speed adjustment device and displacement and speed display devices, which can well meet the requirements of Article 7.3 of the latest national standard GB/T232-2010 "Metal Material Bending Test Method" regarding the test speed of (1 ± 0.2) mm/s. It can also display the bending angle corresponding to the displacement in real time, making it convenient for users to complete various bending angle tests.
