1. Integrated four-column high-rigidity rack with stable and reliable data.
The equipment adopts a four-column frame structure with an oil cylinder on top, which has the advantages of high rigidity, high strength and small self-deformation, so as to avoid the frame deformation from interfering with the test data. With the piston rod guiding and supporting structure, it can effectively prevent the piston rod from deviating during loading, and ensure the loading coaxiality and test repeatability.
2. The whole process is non-step sensing technology, and the accuracy is unified throughout the process.
The load sensor and deformation sensor are designed without grading in the whole process, and the whole range shares a single resolution, which completely avoids the problems of data deviation and signal conflict in the range switching of traditional grading equipment, and the accuracy is always consistent regardless of small load preloading or ultimate failure loading.
3. Modular tooling, adapting to multi-specification rails.
Press heads and supports conforming to TB/T1632.1 and EN14587-2 standards are standard, which supports rapid disassembly and assembly, can meet the static bending test requirements of 50kg/m, 60kg/m and 75kg/m mainstream rails, and easily cover the full scene detection of ordinary speed railways, heavy-haul railways and high-speed railways.

The whole machine follows the ergonomic design, creating a working environment of man-machine cooperation. 5. Double anti-rollover design, suitable for positive and negative bending test.
According to the requirements of the iron standard, the equipment can complete two types of tests: positive pressure at the rail head and back pressure at the rail bottom; Anti-rollover mechanism with two side supports is added to the fuselage, which effectively eliminates the risk of rail rollover during the reverse bending test and further improves the test safety.
6. Enclosed explosion-proof protective cabin with full safety level.
The whole machine is equipped with a ship-cabin high-strength protective box, reinforced with thick plates and high-strength bolts, which has strong impact resistance. The closed protective structure around can prevent the fragments from splashing after the rail is broken, and at the same time, the operation space is reserved on both sides, which does not affect the normal loading and unloading.
7. Multi-level security protection, double protection of equipment and people.
It is equipped with hardware+software dual overload protection, with oil temperature over-temperature alarm, high oil pressure safety protection and independent fast overload protection channel. In case of abnormal conditions such as overload, over-pressure and over-temperature, the equipment can be stopped instantly to protect the safety of operators and host equipment.
