Precautions for Using the Electric Cylinder Electronic Servo Fatigue Testing Machine
Safe operation: The equipment should be installed on a stable workbench with sufficient space around it for easy operation and maintenance. During the experiment, it is strictly prohibited to insert hands or other objects into the range of moving parts of the equipment to avoid danger. If adjustments or maintenance are required for the equipment, the power must be turned off first and the equipment must be completely stopped before operation.

Test piece installation: The installation of the test piece should be firm and reliable, ensuring that it will not loosen or fall off during the testing process. When installing the test piece, attention should be paid to aligning the center line of the test piece with the center line of the loading device to avoid generating eccentric loads that may affect the accuracy of the test results. For different types of specimens, appropriate testing fixtures should be selected and installed according to the correct method.

Parameter setting: When setting test parameters, reasonable parameter values should be selected based on the material, size, and test requirements of the specimen. Avoid setting parameters such as test force and frequency that are too large or too small to avoid damaging the equipment or causing test failure. During the experiment, if it is necessary to adjust the experimental parameters, the experiment should be stopped first, and then the parameters should be modified. After the modification is completed, restart the experiment.

Equipment maintenance: Regularly maintain and upkeep the equipment to ensure its performance and accuracy. The maintenance content includes cleaning the surface of the equipment, checking whether the connections of various components are loose, lubricating moving parts, calibrating sensors, etc. Regularly replace vulnerable parts of equipment, such as testing fixtures, sensors, etc. If the equipment is not used for a long time, it should be powered on regularly for a period of time to prevent the equipment from getting damp or rusting.

Data processing: Experimental data is an important basis for evaluating the fatigue performance of materials and should be properly stored and processed. When processing experimental data, scientific methods should be used for analysis and calculation to avoid data errors and mistakes. For important experimental data, it is recommended to conduct multiple experiments and take the average as the final result to improve the reliability of the data
