The self-developed LGP-C6 fully digital measurement and control software is developed based on the Windows system and equipped with a 32-bit embedded independent control unit. Even if the computer system fails, the device can run independently. The software is equipped with professional modules such as S-N fatigue testing, crack propagation, fracture pre cracking, and block spectrum programmable testing. It can collect real-time load, current, and excitation waveforms, provide multiple protections against overload, sample fracture, and power failure, support automatic storage and continuation of test data, and generate Excel/Word test reports with just one click, truly achieving 7 × 24-hour unmanned testing.
