1. Tooling assembly first: accurately splicing test tooling to build a stable "stage" for subsequent testing, and every connection is related to data accuracy;

2. Accurate positioning of the sample: put the sample to be tested into the assembled fixture smoothly, ensure that the position of the sample has no deviation, and lay a solid foundation for the test results;

3. Debugging of equipment and parameters: fix the tooling on the universal material testing machine, open the operation software, select the corresponding shear test standard, input the sample specification parameters, and match the appropriate test speed;
