Rubber bushings are key elastic components of automotive chassis suspension systems, responsible for functions such as shock absorption, isolation, force transmission, and guidance. Its performance is directly related to the smoothness, handling stability, and ride comfort of the entire vehicle.

The rubber liner comprehensive performance test bench (hereinafter referred to as the "test bench") is a multifunctional, high-precision, fully automatic durability testing equipment independently developed by our company based on relevant domestic and foreign standards. The test bench can achieve static stiffness, dynamic stiffness, and fatigue life testing under radial load, axial load, torsional load, and triaxial combined load conditions.

This scheme is applicable to the mechanical performance verification and durability evaluation of various rubber metal composite bushings, suspension control arm bushings, stabilizer bar bushings, steering knuckle bushings and other components in the automotive chassis system.

Radial Loading Test

The radial loading test simulates the wheel transmission load borne by the bushing in the direction perpendicular to the axis line, evaluating the bushing's stiffness characteristics and fatigue life under radial loading conditions.

Axial Loading Test
