Introduction

  The LMMU-10G material end face friction and wear testing machine is a newly developed multifunctional friction and wear testing machine by our company. It has a wide range of application prospects in various professional and technical fields of tribology, petrochemicals, machinery, energy, metallurgy, aerospace, various colleges and universities, research institutes and other departments.
This machine applies high end face test force to annular specimens in the form of end face sliding friction, under immersion lubrication and oil-free lubrication (or water lubrication) conditions, to evaluate the friction and wear performance of materials.
  This machine can be equipped with various friction pairs such as four balls, ball discs, ball triplets, pin discs, and push rings as needed to evaluate the long-term wear resistance of lubricating oil and grease, as well as the room temperature friction and wear performance of materials. This machine is an electromechanical hydraulic integrated precision testing instrument, using a mechanical electronic transmission mechanism as the power source to ensure accurate value transmission. The spindle motor adopts AC servo motor and controller, with a wide speed range, high low-speed torque, and low noise. The measurement parameters include test force, friction force, test time, and spindle speed. When any parameter exceeds the preset value, the corresponding alarm light will turn on and the spindle will stop rotating. All experimental parameters can be displayed on digital display devices and computer screens, recording temperature time curves and friction force time curves. The machine is equipped with a high-precision measuring device that can measure the friction pair wear spot gauge.
