LPM-500S-3 Electro-hydraulic pulsating fatigue testing machine is a high-end testing equipment specially developed by Jinan Power Collar Testing Machine Co., Ltd. for testing the mechanical properties and fatigue life of large-scale members of rail transit. The equipment integrates static compression test and unidirectional dynamic pulsating fatigue test, takes 800mL/cycle large-displacement pulsating hydraulic station as the power core, and is equipped with three-station 500kN synchronous loading actuators. The working frequency is infinitely adjustable from 2-8Hz to 8 Hz, the test force is controlled accurately, the operation is stable, and the safety protection mechanism is perfect. The multi-station parallel test can be completed at the same time, which greatly improves the detection efficiency.
The equipment strictly follows many standards of the railway industry, and is suitable for long-term fatigue performance verification, fracture failure analysis and engineering quality control of large components such as rails, rail joints, concrete sleepers, track slabs and fastener systems.
