Introduction

LWS-20A electro-hydraulic servo shock absorber fatigue testing machine adopts dynamic high frequency response actuator, full digital electro-hydraulic servo controller, advanced technology, stable performance, and is suitable for dynamic and static performance tests of various dampers, cylindrical shock absorbers and combined shock absorbers.

1. The LWS-20A electro-hydraulic servo shock absorber comprehensive testing machine mainly consists of a host (lower static pressure support actuator), a constant pressure servo silent pump station, a fully digital hydraulic servo controller, damper related testing software, fatigue test cooling device, necessary testing accessories and attachments, etc;
2. Host: The host is a double column gantry frame structure, with linear servo actuators placed below. Composed of moving crossbeam, crossbeam clamping relaxation mechanism, column, servo actuator, lifting oil cylinder, worktable, hydraulic clamping module and other parts;
3. The crossbeam is made of precision machined integral steel parts, with a built-in hydraulic clamping and relaxation mechanism. The crossbeam structure is lifted and lowered using hydraulic lifting and hydraulic clamping and releasing methods, adjusting the test space, making operation convenient, and fully ensuring the stability and reliability of the crossbeam during dynamic and static tests. At the same time, the crossbeam is locked in place in non test states.
