This product is mainly used to test the mechanical properties of rubber bearings and shock absorber products. It can be used to conduct tests on the compressive strength, compressive elastic modulus, shear adhesion performance, resistance to frying and aging, friction coefficient, rotation angle, etc. of rubber bearing products. And it can detect the axial and radial deformation of bridge disc rubber bearings under load testing. The experiment shall be mathematically calculated according to the relevant formulas of JT/T 4-2004 in the transportation industry, or the rubber standard test method can be used for the experiment.
The control part adopts a fully digital closed-loop control system; Wide control range, multiple functions, and keyboard based operation for all operations. It can achieve closed-loop control functions such as experimental force, deformation, and displacement, automatically and accurately controlling the experimental process and measuring experimental parameters such as force, displacement, and deformation.
