Key points of operation process specification
1. Boot sequence: it must follow the principle of "total power supply → computer → power supply of equipment host → test software", and it is forbidden to start the host first and then the computer to prevent the system from loading out of order.
2. Parameter setting:
Bending test: loading rate 50N/s, bearing spacing 100mm, four-point bending loading.
Compressive test: the loading rate is 2.4kN/s (cement mortar), and the sample is placed in the center.
Select the correct test type, and input the sample number, size and other information to avoid invalid data caused by wrong parameters.
3. Sample clamping:
Bending resistance: the test block is placed in the center of the support to ensure that it is aligned with the loading point without inclination.
Compressive resistance: take the half block after flexural fracture and place it in the center of the pressure plate to ensure uniform stress.
Eccentric loading is strictly prohibited (it will lead to strength measurement error exceeding 10%).
4. Test process:
Press the "reset" key before starting to eliminate the influence of initial force value.
It is forbidden to touch the moving parts of the equipment during the test, and observe the force curve and the state of the equipment.
After the sample breaks, the system automatically unloads, and the sample is taken after it stops completely.
5. Shutdown sequence: after the test is completed → turn off the software → turn off the power of the host → turn off the computer → cut off the main power; Clean test bench and fixture.
