The testing machine is a large precision testing instrument, so special attention should be paid to the maintenance of the machine at ordinary times. Pay special attention to waterproof and moistureproof to prevent the mechanical transmission part, shell and accessories of the testing machine from rusting.

2 If it is not used for a long time, electrify it once every certain time (no more than one week) and move the beam up and down, so that the position of the beam and the nut can be moved frequently to prevent rusting.

If there is overload during the test, please cut off the power supply first and then turn it on again, and pay attention to the sequence of power off and power on. When power is cut off, first cut off the power supply, then quit the computer application software, and finally turn off the computer power supply.

4 When the display of force value and deformation of the testing machine is unstable, the testing machine can't run normally and other major faults, please notify the seller or the manufacturer for maintenance.

5 The grease in the bearings at the upper and lower ends of the lead screw is generally replaced once every 3-5 years.

6 The screw and nut of the testing machine should be lubricated once every six months.

7 Keep the testing machine clean.
