The swing PV testing machine can be used to evaluate the friction and wear performance of materials such as oil-free bushings, plastic bearings, alloy bearings, surface thin or layered composite materials, as well as to determine the PV value of various sliding bearings. It can meet the needs of users in various industries such as petrochemicals, machinery, energy, metallurgy, aerospace, etc. for friction research to develop and test various high-end series of sliding bearings, as well as emerging material development, new process research and other friction and wear tests. The fitting clearance, lubricating medium, friction mate material, surface roughness, hardness, etc. of the sliding bearing can be selected based on the rationality of the equipment testing parameters.
The equipment mainly adopts the form of sliding friction for testing under dry friction, drip lubrication, drip lubrication, as well as changing load, rotational speed (or oscillation frequency), test temperature, time, friction partner shaft size and material, surface roughness, hardness and other parameter conditions. The sample size can be diversified for installation, and the driving loading method adopts hydraulic servo drive. The electro-hydraulic system is controlled by an industrial computer. The test data is displayed in real time in the computer software, and corresponding data curves can be drawn to analyze the sample status. After the test is completed, data curves and reports can be printed for easy analysis and data storage after the test.
