    This machine is mainly suitable for tension testing that requires closed-loop control. It can be used for tension testing of power equipment and safety equipment such as steel wire ropes, cables, anchor chains, cables, wires, steel hinge wires, lifting belts, installation belts, container column corner welds, etc. The machine consists of a main unit, a hydraulic station, a control console, fixtures, and other parts. The actions of each part are controlled by an electrical control console and a microcomputer control system.

A.  Host section

The host adopts a horizontal frame structure, consisting of crossbeam components, servo oil cylinders, top components, guide rail connectors, reaction frames, sensors, clamp components, etc. The servo cylinder has the functions of fast rewind and fast forward. All actions are controlled by the console to complete various testing functions.

B.  Hydraulic Station

The hydraulic station is the power mechanism of the equipment, providing a power source for the operation of the entire equipment. The hydraulic station is composed of a motor oil pump component, a proportional servo valve, a reversing valve, an overflow valve, a throttle valve, a cooler, a high-pressure precision filter, an exclusively developed pressure follow-up system, etc. (the pressure follow-up system ensures that the system does not generate heat). The oil pump adopts a high-pressure pump, with low noise and high reliability. High pressure and low flow rate are used during loading to reduce energy consumption, avoid system heating, and equipped with a fan cooling system.

The unique design automatically keeps the system pressure always higher than the usage pressure1MPa, which saves energy consumption and reduces heat generation, ensuring the reliability of the system for long-term use..

C.  Console

The console controls the operation and data processing of the testing machine, including the control measurement system and the electrical drag unit.
