Introduction

The gear wear tester is a multi-purpose tester, which can be used to evaluate the bearing capacity of lubricant, as well as to test the bonding bearing capacity and gear contact bearing capacity of gear pairs, and can complete the following tests:
◇ Determine the gear abrasion load and weight change caused by gear oil by the standard method of German lubrication test (DIN51354), that is, FZG gear oil test.
◇ Determine the strength curve of tooth surface bearing capacity of gears made of different materials.
◇ Determine the strength curve of the tooth root bearing capacity of gears made of different materials.
