The metal wire torsion testing machine is suitable for measuring the ability of metal wires with a diameter (or characteristic size) of 1-10mm to withstand plastic deformation in unidirectional or bidirectional torsion, and displaying surface and internal defects of the wire.
The winding testing machine tightly wraps a sample with a diameter of 0.7-10mm around a core rod with a specified number of spiral turns
Test operation
(1) Calculate the sample gauge length based on the product diameter and cut it
(2) Select the appropriate clamping block based on the product diameter and clamp the sample
(3) Reasonably apply counterweights based on the product's tensile strength
(4) Set the speed, forward and reverse turns according to the national standard requirements
(5) Start the experiment by turning forward or backward
Note: When conducting a unidirectional test, the point can be turned forward or backward to start the test, and the sample fracture test will automatically end,
The number of test cycles is displayed on the instrument. When conducting a bidirectional test, the point is turned forward or backward to start the test, and the unidirectional operation reaches
After reaching the set number of operating cycles, the point reverses or rotates in the opposite direction, and the reverse direction reaches the set operating cycle
After counting, the experiment ends.
