Installation and precautions

After opening the packaging box, check for any obvious damage on the appearance.

Check if the connecting screws of each component of the machine have become loose during transportation.

Rotate the grinding disc by hand and check if it rotates flexibly.

4 devices must have good grounding! There is a grounding screw behind the device.

The equipment should be installed on a stable, vibration free and flat ground. The ambient temperature is less than 30 ℃; Relative humidity<85%, no corrosive gases or conductive dust around.

Adjust the equipment feet to ensure that the equipment is in a horizontal and stable state.

The power cord of this product should be installed on a 4-wire leakage air switch, and the grounding wire should be reliably connected to the ground.

8 Power supply: three-phase AC380V+neutral wire

9 Turning

When installing the equipment, be sure to pay attention to the direction of rotation. If the direction is reversed, the grinding disc will loosen and the operation will be dangerous. After connecting the power cord, instantly turn the power switch to the position and check the direction of rotation.

Steering adjustment: Adjust the power lines of any two phases of A, B, and C to achieve the specified steering direction.


11. It is prohibited to directly switch from high speed to low speed, as it may cause the corresponding components to loosen.

The working mode of this product is intermittent, and the continuous working time cannot exceed 30 minutes.

The dust removal device should regularly clean the dust inside the vacuum cleaner according to usage. If replacing the vacuum cleaner, an industrial vacuum cleaner should be selected (household vacuum cleaners should not be used, otherwise they are easily damaged).

For safety reasons, please do not wear gloves during operation. It is strictly prohibited to open the upper cover during work or before the grinding disc stops rotating!

When using a vacuum cleaner, be careful not to run it for a long time, and regularly clean the dust inside the cylinder, otherwise it is easy to damage and the vacuum cleaner is not covered by warranty.

When the grinding wheel is worn, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
