Key points of standardized operation process
1. Power on sequence: It is necessary to follow the "main power → computer → device host power → testing software", and it is strictly prohibited to turn on the host before turning on the computer to prevent the system from loading out of order
2. Parameter settings:
◦ Flexural test: loading rate 50N/s, support spacing 100mm, four point bending loading
◦ Compression test: loading rate of 2.4kN/s (cement mortar), with the sample placed in the center
Select the correct test type, enter sample number, size, and other information to avoid parameter errors that may result in invalid data
3. Sample clamping:
◦ Anti bending: The test block is placed at the center of the support, ensuring alignment with the loading point and no tilting
◦ Compression resistance: Take the half piece of the anti fracture test block and place it at the center of the pressure plate to ensure even force distribution
◦ Eccentric loading is strictly prohibited (which may result in strength measurement errors exceeding ± 10%)
4. Experimental process:
Press the 'reset' button before starting to eliminate the influence of initial force value
During the experiment, it is strictly prohibited to touch the moving parts of the equipment and observe the force curve and equipment status
After the sample breaks, the system automatically unloads and takes the sample again after it has completely stopped
5. Shutdown sequence: Test completed → Close software → Turn off host power → Turn off computer → Cut off main power; Clean the test bench and fixtures
