Steps for positioning the main unit of the horizontal tensile testing machine
It is recommended to implement the following steps for the positioning process of the main machine of the microcomputer controlled horizontal tensile testing machine using a crane or other lifting equipment:
① Choose the appropriate sling or wire rope.
② Slowly lift the hook and maintain tension on the sling until the entire machine is upright.
③ Remove the base of the packaging box and then lift and transport it again.
④ Slowly lift the hook and stop lifting when the host is about 100mm to 150mm off the ground.
⑤ Move it above the foundation.
⑥ Thread the anchor bolts through the holes on the host base and temporarily fix them with bolts, nuts, and washers
⑦ Inject mortar and concrete into the hole, using hard objects such as iron bars while grouting
Vibration is used to ensure that the concrete is completely filled in the hole without any bubbles or other debris (note: try to ensure that the bottom is as smooth as possible before grouting)
The bolt is located in the center of the hole
⑧ After filling the concrete to be level with the horizontal plane, smooth the upper surface and wait for it to solidify (usually around 15 days)
Right, winter should be extended appropriately before carrying out other work. After the concrete has completely hardened, tighten the anchor bolts
2 nuts.
★ Tip:
1. During the lifting and handling process, the edges where the sling or wire rope comes into contact or the edges where the wire rope comes into contact should be avoided
Soft materials such as rubber sheets and hard paper must be placed on the contact surface to prevent sharp edges from cutting the sling
The steel wire rope scratches the surface.
When standing upright, only the operator must stay away from the scene.
3. For the transportation of hydraulic sources, you can also use transport vehicles such as hydraulic trucks and flatbed trucks to ensure safety.
