Safety Operation Regulations for JB-300B Semi automatic Impact Testing Machine

1. Equipment fixation: Prepare the foundation and level it, install guardrails, and connect the power supply.
2. Adjust jaw span: Loosen the pressure plate bolt of the jaw seat, align the V-shaped mouth of the span template with the impact blade, adjust the inner and outer jaws to the two concave corners of the span template, straighten them and easily remove them, and press the clamp seat pressure plate tightly. According to the national standard, it should be 40+0.2 millimeters. When replacing the pendulum, the above process must be repeated.

3. Power on operation, adjust phase sequence: After adjusting the span, turn on the power and pay special attention to the direction of the pendulum when taking the pendulum for the first time. The normal direction of the pendulum is counterclockwise, otherwise the power will be cut off immediately. Close the manual control box switch and adjust the phase sequence. (Three phase five wire, blue neutral wire, black ground wire, other three live wires)

4. Non operators are strictly prohibited from standing around the equipment, and it is strictly forbidden to stack things unrelated to production.

5. Before the normal test, the pendulum will reclose the needle and pointer to the maximum value, that is, 150/300J, in the case of a plumb bob, and then turn on the power supply and power switch for air strike test. The pointer should be around zero when air strike. 150+0.25J，300J+0.5J。 The device can be used normally when it is functioning properly.
6. Press the "Take Pendulum" button, and the pendulum will run counterclockwise until it hits the mechanical damper at its highest point. After that, it will fall back to the rocker and hang properly. At the same time, the safety pin will pop out to prepare for the impact.
7. Place the sample: Strike the back of the sample notch with a pendulum, place the sample at the clamp, align the sample notch with the protrusion of the center block with the center block of the sample, place the sample, press the "retreat" button, and then press the "impact" button to lower the pendulum. The impact is complete, and the pendulum uses the remaining energy to make a second swing.
8. After the impact is completed, hold down the "release pendulum" button and do not release it. Place the pendulum in the lead hammer position and release the "release pendulum" button.
9. Test result reading: Select the 300/150J pendulum and read the corresponding value.
10. After the experiment is completed, turn off the power, clean the equipment and surrounding hygiene before leaving.
