Usage and Operation

1. Preparation before use

(1) Before use, a suitable bending attachment should be selected based on the diameter of the sample;

(2) Ready to use tools;

(3) When the swing rod is working, there is a 180 ° swing range. Within this range, do not intervene to avoid injury.

2. Operating procedures

(1) Connect the power cord, close the main switch, and turn on the emergency stop button;

(2) If the chuck is not in the middle position, you can press the "return" button to make the chuck return, paying special attention to safety;

(3) Fix the sample onto the equipment, rotate the locking device, and clamp the sample in the middle of the jaws;

(4) Press the "Start" button to start the experiment and record the number of bends;

(5) After the sample bends and breaks, the motor automatically stops, and the LCD display shows the number of times the sample has been bent;

(6) Take out the fractured sample, press the "return" button, and swing the rod back to its original position;

(7) After the experiment is completed, simply turn off the power supply of the testing machine.
