Operation Procedures and Test Steps for Torsion Testing Machine

Operating standards and testing procedures

Preparation work before the experiment

1.1 Open the packaging box, if there are no abnormalities, install the feet, and fix the machine on a stable workbench;

If the power socket is not grounded, please use the attached grounding wire for safe grounding;

1.3 Check whether the power supply voltage and current meet the normal operation of the machine;

1.4 Connect the power and preheat for 5 minutes if there are no abnormalities.

2 Experimental steps
2.1 After checking the machine for any abnormalities upon startup, preheat for 5 minutes.

2.2 Fix the sample on the machine.

2.3 Start the experiment according to the selected testing method.

2.4 Process the test results as needed.
