1. The new standard high-strength bolt detector: the main engine independently detects the hexagon, and the torsional shear bolt of torsional shear bolt needs to be matched with the torsional shear type electric wrench for testing. When testing M16-M30 torsional shear bolt, the main engine is used as the core of axial force torque acquisition, and the torsional shear type electric wrench is used as a special tightening tool. After the torsion shear bolt is clamped in place, the electric wrench is used to twist it until the tail plum blossom head is cut. The instrument synchronously records the instantaneous torque of fracture and the stable pretension in the whole process, and accurately verifies the fastening performance of the torsion shear connection pair. The data meets the acceptance requirements of GB/T3632 standard.
The main body of the equipment completely meets the requirements of GB/T1231-2024 for testing hexagonal bolts, and M12-M36 full-size hexagonal high-strength bolts can be directly tested on the computer. After assembling the corresponding hexagonal support fixture, tighten the nut with a standard torque wrench at a uniform speed. The tester collects the torque and axial pretension in real time, automatically calculates the torque coefficient, average value and variation coefficient, automatically stores the curve and issues a compliance test report. The whole process is completed independently by the host computer without adding other power tools.
2. Anti-slip coefficient detector+sliding plate electric torsion machine, and complete the friction surface test by standardization.
The anti-slip coefficient detector is specially designed to detect the anti-slip coefficient of the friction surface of high-strength bolt connection of steel structure, which is a mandatory key index for the acceptance of friction-type high-strength bolt joints, and directly determines the anti-shear bearing capacity of steel beam, steel column, grid structure, bridge and other steel structure joints. If the value is not up to standard, it is easy to cause joint slip, deformation and even structural safety accidents, and it is mandatory to submit for inspection according to new standards such as GB50205 and GB/T1231.
The only function of the sliding plate electric torsion machine is to uniformly tighten the bolts of the sliding test specimen: after assembling the sliding steel plate specimen with friction surface, the pre-tightening force stipulated by the national standard is synchronously and evenly applied by the torsion machine, and the friction surfaces of the two steel plates are tightly attached, thus completely eliminating the data distortion caused by uneven manual tightening force and eccentric stress.
After the pre-tightening process is completed, the anti-slip coefficient detector applies a horizontal shear load, automatically captures the sliding critical load, accurately calculates the anti-slip coefficient of the friction surface, and adapts to various process steel plates such as sand blasting, shot blasting and anti-corrosion coating, which is a necessary safety inspection item for steel structure joints.
3. 200-ton universal testing machine+special fixture for high-strength bolts to complete the destructive test of M12-M36 bolts.
The bearing capacity of the 200-ton universal testing machine is sufficient, covering all the 8.8-grade and 10.9-grade high-strength bolts from M12 to M36. The standard tests can only be carried out with the matching high-strength bolt test fixture: bolt physical tensile test, nut guaranteed load test and bolt wedge load strength test.

The tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of steel plate base material, bolt rod and nut gasket are tested with special AIDS for stretching, bending, shearing and bolt stretching.
